The current Guns N’ Roses band consists of Axl Rose (vocals), Tommy Stinson (bass), Brain (drums), Chris Pitman and Dizzy Reed (keyboards), and Richard Fortus and Robin Finck (guitar). Throughout the years, the band has had other members which gained most of their popularity by being apart of Guns N’ Roses, such as the ex-band member and guitar player Slash.

It was in 1985 that the band finally came together and called themselves Guns N’ Roses. The band has since then recorded albums which include Live Like a Suicide, Appetite For Destruction, GN’R Lies, Use Your Illusion I, Use Your Illusions II, The Spaghetti Incident?, Live Era and Maximum Guns N’ Roses. They also have out a greatest hits album, as well as a yet to be released album entitled Chinese Democracy.

Guns N’ Roses is a band that has a unique, complicated and long history. Despite all of the controversy that has been stirred up around the band and its group members, they still remain a popular part of rock music history that took off in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.
